Conditions of Hire
Keys must be collected from the key holder at the agreed time. We will contact you to provide details and agree a time when the booking is accepted.
The responsible adult must sign a copy of the booking form before the keys will be handed over. A printed copy of these details will be provided at the agreed time.
Fires may only be lit on the area to the left of the hut. Please bring your own wood. Do not burn other materials.
At the end of each hire period the premises must be left clean. If they are not clean then a charge will be levied at the rate of £5.00 per hour for any cleaning that is needed.
All rubbish must be removed from the premises at the end of the hire period. Please note that the Stockton Household Waste Disposal Site is open at weekends and on Bank Holidays between 10:00 and 16:00 and is
less than 1 mile from the venue.
Any damage to the site will be charged at the cost of repair including a charge for any labour involved. The hirer may undertake to repair any damage. However, this must be agreed when the keys are returned at the end of the hire.
